This Dance solo was performed at I.F.O.N.L.Y (International Festival of a Necessarily Lonely You) Birr, Dance Ireland New Movements, Imaginary Arts Festival Waterford.

Created at Irish World Academy of Music and Dance as part of the MA Contemporary Dance Performance program in 2012. Further developed and performed during residences ‘Creating Spaces’ – Dance Theatre of Ireland 2012 and ‘New Movements’ Dance Ireland 2013

Such an Image Is a piece about beauty stereotype, about a modern society who struggles to maintain its identity and uniqueness under media influences, which dictate stereotypes of beauty shaping the world’s perception of itself. This piece contains Dance Installation, spoken text and sounds.  This piece also want to raise a question about, ‘What is truly beautiful’.
